— AFTER YOU CONTACT US
What to Expect
1. We’ll call you back. Usually within a few hours during business days. Always within one business day.
2. We’ll listen first. Before we say a word about fees or strategy, we want to hear what happened — in your words, at your pace.
3. We’ll tell you where you stand. Whether your case is something we can help with, something better suited to another attorney, or something that doesn’t need a lawyer at all — we’ll be straight with you.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes but only with worker’s comp, personal injury, and social security. No charge, no obligation, no high-pressure pitch. We’ll listen to what happened, tell you honestly whether you have a case, and answer your questions either way.
Do you handle cases outside Phenix City?
Yes. We regularly represent clients across East Alabama— Lee County, Jefferson County, Montgomery, and the surrounding communities on West side of the river.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
We return messages within one business day, and usually much faster. If your matter is urgent — an arrest, an accident, a looming deadline — please call instead of sending a form.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Anything you have related to your matter — police reports, medical bills, accident photos, insurance letters, court papers, contracts. If you don’t have anything yet, come anyway. We’ll help you figure out what to gather next.
Do I pay anything if we don’t win my injury or workers’ comp case?
Personal injury and workers’ compensation cases are generally handled on a contingency-fee basis — you pay no attorney fees unless we recover for you. Fees and costs are explained in detail during your free consultation.
Is my information confidential?
Conversations with an attorney are protected once an attorney-client relationship is formed. Before that point, we still treat every inquiry with discretion, but we’d ask that you not send highly sensitive details through the form until we’ve had a chance to talk.

You’re not obligated to hire us by calling us.
A conversation is just a conversation. If we’re not the right fit — or you decide you don’t need a lawyer at all — we’ll say so.
